Saturday Morn

Well its been a few weeks. Summer Solstice has come and gone. I had company in town so didn't get to do anything. I'm still reading many books. My sister and her daughter came for a much needed visit. We swam in our pool the whole time. They were working on their tans lol. She left a couple of days ago and is back at work. I am going to go back home at the end of July for some things.
Hubby and I want to get out of town next weekend for a much needed connection to Mother Earth. We want to visit some nature areas. Its been very smoky here with all the fires going on around us. We haven't been able to swim in the pool the past few days for ash keeps falling out of the sky.
I can feel the pain of the earth and only try to ground myself. The hubby is at work yet again. Today I'm going to work on some sewing and maybe make some soap today.
I'm also going to do some drumming to soothe my soul and meditate.

Thursday so much fun

Well today is another day. Been working on making lotions and more soap. Ive been trying to put together some more pages for my BOS. Its a big project in the workings. Ive been trying to gather the energy to focus and meditate but lately just cant seem to focus. Well Im off to work on the house then sit and work on catching up on some reading. Im reading Silver Ravenwolfs books again. Really nice to go over them all again.

Friday Fun Fun

Its friday and I have a ton to do today. I am having to get the house cleaned and some projects completed.
My current projects are:
Redesign my BOS
Format new journals in catagories
Make a small gift for a gift exchange with other webweaving friends
Work on a family budgetSew curtains for the family room
So much to do and not enough time to do it.Summer Soltice is upon us and I havent begun to prepare. I have so much to do to get ready.I am going to post some spells and some ideas for the celebration as a solitary witch so keep checking over the next few weeks since the its coming up here really soon.
